I put a sewing straight pin next to them on the burgundy background. They are maybe (maybe!) three times larger than the head of a small straight pin. If it wasn’t for their beautiful color (blue), they would probably disappear on the ear on light skin tones. They appear to be well made and are beautiful, but even my 6 year old granddaughter wishes they were a little larger. The smooth round silver surround makes it less likely to hang or tangle in your hair. Beautiful, but TINY. They would be perfect but small even on an infant. Though the 4mm size is stated, the advertising “ear”pictures are very deceptive. They are much smaller than shown on the model’s ear.Pretty opal color. Smaller than expected. After a few weeks stone feel out. Luckily I found it and glued it back inVery pretty earrings. Bought these for my daughter for Christmas. They are on the smaller size but great for every day wear.
